Lifestyle | Where have I been?

Soooooo……… this has been a long time coming, but I have excuses, I promise :)

Its come to my attention that I lasted posted on here in May when I was complaining about uni work and panicking about what was next, so I will fill you in on my whirlwind 3 months!

June

June was the month that I finished university for good. It was a sad and scary month, with goodbyes to friends and goodbye to the end of slobbing around like a student. This is the last photo I had with (most) of my course.

This also happened to be the month that I entered the very real world of work in London! I’m not going to go into too much detail about where I work etc. but I am the Marketing Manager at a very upcoming beauty company! It has been just over 3 months and I LOVE it – yes I am one of those annoying people that love my job – it happens to best of us.

It was also a very scary month as I received my dissertation mark which would ultimately decide whether I graduated with a 2:2 or a 2:1 – you will all be thrilled to know I graduated with a …

July

2:1 of course!! (Well it was touch and go for a while) So this is the month I graduated and said my final goodbyes to Newcastle (at the time I was of course absolutely thrilled, but 3 months after working 9-5 it is safe to say I do miss my sheltered life in Newcastle just a little bit).

Me with the biggest smile on my face, ever!

This was also the month that my boyfriend Tom turned 22, now that I have a swish job I was able to really treat him. So as part of his pressie I took him all the way up to the 38th floor for food and drinks at Sushi Samba.
