Lifestyle | Durham Christmas Market.

With the weather being particularly mild at the moment I am finding it hard to get into the true Christmas spirit! However, the glistening and twinkling of London is beautiful at this time of the year and so hypnotic, the tree at my boyfriends house is going up this afternoon and I have had Michael Buble on repeat all day.

A couple of weekends ago before I broke up for the holidays my mum and I ventured into Durham, since it is less than 20 minutes on the train from Newcastle, to go and see the infamous Christmas market up by the cathedral. It was such a lovely experience and the award winning market was absolutely massive! We were in there for hours, luckily it is under a giant marquee so we didn’t have to brave the cold. This is more of a picture post so you can see what beautiful crafts and home ware things we spied.
