Food Review | Afternoon Tea at The Berkeley.

For my 21st one of the things I asked for was to go for afternoon tea, somewhere fancy and special; as there is nothing I love more than a scone and clotted cream! So delicious. In the hands of my mum she went and did some research…the night before the event (which happened to be The Cosmo Blog Awards) I received a card which told me to be at The Berkeley for 3pm on the 3rd of October, I couldn’t of been more excited.

When I arrived, I noticed it was afternoon tea with a twist…

I was getting pretty excited at this point! My mum knows in the last couple of years thanks to my blog and love of Vogue I have become a bit fashion obsessed, so this afternoon tea was a no brainer!

Dolce & Gabbana Sicilian chic pistachio green and vanilla striped pannacotta dress topped with chocolate ring.
Jason Wu coconut “Carolyn” hatbox shaped cake bag sandwiched in retro leopard print chocolate.
Balenciaga modern monochrome dark and white chocolate mousse dress set on a pecan nut brownie topped with flamenco ruffles.
Alexander McQueen whimsical yellow honeycomb cream oversized dress topped with marzipan bee.
Jonathan Saunders eye-popping ombré polka dot lemon and orange blossom dome shift dress set on a short bread biscuit.
Prada Geisha-like white chocolate and Grand Marnier oversized coat embellished with red poppies.”

And at the end I was treated to this :)

This is one of the best afternoon teas I have ever had, even though it was a change from the usual, it was refreshing. I would highly recommend this to budding fashionistas and fellow bloggers :)
Lots of Love Daisy xoxo

Aaah, I’m not usually one for afternoon tea, but this looks absolutely incredible! I’m heading down to London for a spot of Christmas shopping in a couple of weeks, so will definitely have to check it out! Thank you so much for sharing and also, happy belated birthday! It looks like you had a lot of fun!
