I am officially back at university now and in my last year! Yippeee, although that dissertation is quickly coming around…
No7 is a brand I can remember my grandma using when I was about 6/7, however,it has only been in the last few years I have branched out and bought some of their products with the endless vouchers I keep getting from Boots (I don’t know why I am complaining when the quality is actually very good!)
In the Winter I tend to use creamier eye shadows than in the Summer, the benefit of having no sun is your make up doesn’t melt off your face instantly. I wanted an eye shadow that would start off as a good base for a cranberry smokey eye, and this does just the trick.
Teamed with a bit of eye primer and you are good to go. The shadow is shimmery and creamy and is perfect for brightening your eyes up during the day or as a good base for your evening look.
The doe applicator makes it really easy to apply to your eyes, and you don’t have to dirty another eye shadow brush!! The only problem I have with these applicators is that I always put either too little or too much, so sometimes I put it onto the back of my hand first and then apply to my eyes using my fingers.
The colour is definitely a pretty, almost dusty pink. It is a very versatile colour, the shimmering formula means I sometimes put it on the centre of my eye lids and blend out when I really want my eyes to pop. Next time I get an No7 voucher I think I am going to get a few more of these, Nude and Bronze look like firm favourites! I can’t get enough of neutral colours.
Have you ever tried these? Or anything from No7?
