Beauty Review | Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concentre.

FRIDAY – YES. I have never been so happy to see the weekend – I have been a bit quiet on here recently as I have just come back from 2 weeks skiing in Colorado, apart from Instagram I remained pretty quiet on social media to fully enjoy my holiday as I also spend a lot of time on social media because of my job. However, I thought I would give you all something to read over the weekend.

Last time I blogged I spoke about an amazing multi-functional cream, it is a make up artists secret weapon for winter skin, this week I bring you another secret weapon that I can guarantee 99% of make up artists store in their kits. Introducing another cult French pharmacy brand Embryolisse – in particular the Lait-Creme Concentre.

This wonderful multi-use product acts as a brilliant primer, completely smoothing out skin and giving it a good ‘plumping’ this is the perfect primer to use when you want to create dewy fresh skin. You only need the tiniest bit of foundation on top to give you that fresh faced glow. As well as a pre make up treatment it acts as an excellent post make up product. Make up artists tend to use this to remove very heavy eye make up, which is why this is essential for editorial shoots and backstage at fashion week.

Not only used as a weapon alongside make up this cream is also great for reducing irritation to the skin such as after shaving or if you have an allergic reaction to something. It is perfect for those with dry/dehydrated skin!

The consistency is a very lightweight, water based cream that melts into the skin leaving a lovely satin finish. I am dying to try more of their products from the range, but waiting for my cult Vichy products to run out. The full range is available from lookfantastic – it comes in at £20 but a little really goes a long way, so many times too much has ‘run’ out of the tube and I have had to scoop it back up.

Anyone else tried more of Embryolisse’s products?
