Beauty Review | Color Riche Collection Exclusive L’Oreal

So I am a bit late to blog about these, having had them for a good few months. But after trialling them for this long I still want to blog about them and share these gorgeous shades with you :) at least one of them has constantly been in my handbag and backstage at Fashion Week!

Autumn and Winter always bring around vampy colours, plums, burgundy’s and maroons – just typing them gets me excited about the colder months! (I know I am mad). However, the classic red will never go out of style and nudes well, nude is always in.

I picked these up when Boots was on 3 for 2, luckily this seems to be all the time! (They are currently on 3 for 2 now, £6.99 each, go go go). So I scooped up Blake, J Lo and Eva Longoria.

The colours are beautiful and classic. Blake’s red has blue undertones and is the darkest in this celeb collection, the formula is smooth and creamy and goes on like a dream. It also leaves a stain on the lips after wearing it for a few hours, this I don’t mind if I have the time to keep topping up my lips throughout the day, but there is nothing worse than getting that ring of red around your lips after wearing red lipstick, so you do have to keep an eye on this.

Eva’s nude is slightly more pigmented than J Lo’s and offers more of a matte finish. The colour is rich and soft with peachy undertones, it goes beautifully with my MAC Whirl lip liner, a perfect combination when I have gone heavy on my eyes.

Finally J Lo’s nude was probably the most disappointing as it offers more of a gloss than rich lipstick which is what I was looking for, the colour is very subtle. I tend to throw this on in the mornings when I haven’t quite figured out what look I am going for and just want to add a subtle sheen to my lips.

What do you guys think of the Exclusive Collection? I am hoping for an Autumn/Winter range :)
