About 3 weeks ago my twitter and instagram exploded with bloggers talking about ‘Cohorted‘ and how they were getting the Urban Decay Naked 2 Basics palette for just £15!!!! I quickly investigated what it was all about, unfortunately missing out on the deal, but quickly snapped up a few goodies from Benefit and Real Techniques. (However I have just had a look and apparently the Naked 2 Basics palette is going up again tomorrow at 6pm!!!)
So basically Cohorted is a new way of shopping ‘socially’, every Monday the team upload 4 new products at 6pm. Each product starts out at the original price but the more people join each cohort the more the price goes down, before joining you can see what the maximum discount you can receive is going to be. You join the cohort and pay for the item, however the money doesn’t come off your card until the cohort has closed and you get the final and best price!
In my first Cohort I managed to get my hands on Benefits Hervana blusher and the duo fibre Real Techniques brushes all for £30.60 – saving £16! This week I ordered the Soap & Glory supercat eye liner and Real Techniques blending sponge and mini brush trio for £15.82. I am so happy with my purchases and will be reviewing them soon :)
It is SO worth joining Cohort and keeping an eye on what products they have coming up… I’ve got my eyes on a certain Chanel Rouge lipstick…
